WHAT YOU'D DO
- Run benefits for U.S. employees health, retirement, leaves. You're the first call.
- Own Open Enrollment end to end: planning, communications, system testing, audits.
- Be the go-to analyst for HR data across ADP and an Oracle-based HR platform.
- Support compensation work market pricing, job evaluations, equity reviews.
- Build the HR reporting and workforce analytics leadership actually uses.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years in HR with real benefits, HRIS and analytics exposure
- Advanced Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling
- Hands-on pulling, validating and reporting HRIS data
NICE TO HAVE
ADP Workforce Now, Oracle Fusion, Power BI or Tableau, 5 7 years in Total Rewards.

- About 10% travel
