Delivery Driver & Furniture Installer

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established furniture store in Missoula to seek a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Furniture Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up furniture in customers' homes while providing excellent service and representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture for scheduled deliveries
• Verify inventory and ensure all assigned items are accounted for
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicles (20-24 ft box trucks) in a safe and professional manner
• Contact customers prior to departure and provide updates while en-route
• Deliver, assemble, and properly position furniture in customers' homes
• Clean and inspect furniture to ensure it is free of dust and fingerprints upon setup
• Demonstrate product features and proper use to customers
• Represent Wagner's with professionalism and courtesy at all times
• Report vehicle maintenance or repair needs to management promptly
• Complete required paperwork and digital reports accurately
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience driving box trucks
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
• Experience with furniture delivery, assembly, or similar hands-on work
• Comfortable using tools and performing physical work throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with tablets, smartphones, or computers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
