General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Houma, LA


We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS for a locum tenens opportunity in Houma, LA. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with fillings, simple and surgical extractions, denture steps and deliveries, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.


Dates: July 1-2
Schedule: 7a-4p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour


Clinical Scope

  • Fillings, simple and surgical extractions, denture steps & deliveries
  • Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth


Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.


Support Staff

  • 3 DA, 1 RDH


Requirements

  • Active Louisiana dental license
  • Active DEA with all schedules
  • CSR if required by the state
  • Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
