Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Projects - Southern NH

This Superintendent role oversees day to day field operations on ground up projects across the southern NH area on projects managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from start through completion. The position offers strong field autonomy, long term stability, and the opportunity to work on a consistent pipeline of projects across multiple commercial sectors. Description Oversee day to day field operations on assigned projects Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and jobsite safety Coordinate schedules and ensure projects stay on track Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams Maintain a strong presence onsite from mobilization through closeout Profile Superintendent experience in one of their main sectors (Auto, retail/restaurant, hospitality, commercial, corporate) Strong background in ground up projects preferred (leading projects ranging from $2M-30M) Ability to manage multiple trades and fast paced schedules Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to quality, safety and teamwork Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging up to $150K Full healthcare benefits competitive annual bonus structure 401k match, 4 weeks PTO, & more vehicle allowance and gas card Apply today for immediate consideration!
