Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Early Career Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding efforts for interns and new graduate talent. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping create a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of interviews for intern and new graduate candidates.


• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified early career talent.


• Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across multiple recruiting platforms.


• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation.


• Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to facilitate equipment requests and onboarding logistics.


• Support recruiting events, career fairs, candidate communications, and follow-up activities.


• Ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for recruiting and supporting early career professionals.


• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related field.


• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; OR


• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
