Rates: $200-210/hr day shifts and $210-220/hr night shifts based on the experience and availability

Day:
General Pediatrics: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., managing 7 patients, including ED consults.
Newborn: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., overseeing 20 newborns.
Night: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., comprehensive coverage for General Pediatrics, Newborn, and ED consults.
Estimated Shifts per Month: 14.

Requirements
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania State License.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Pediatric Hospitalist practice.
Facility and Practice Highlights
EMR: Epic
Support Services: Collaborations with PICU, Pediatric Anesthesia, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology specialists.
Patient Demographic: 100% pediatric care, ranging from general cases to newborn management.

Additional Notes
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days.
Privileges: Full hospital privileges available.
Work Environment: Solo practitioner during shifts with dedicated support from onsite specialists.
