As a Word Processor, you'll play a key role in document creation and formatting. This position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with word processing tools to support the attorneys and legal support staff focused in Trusts and Estates work. Description Create, format, and revise documents with a high level of accuracy. Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for all materials. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals. Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and consistency. Manage and organize electronic files for easy access and retrieval. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Address formatting issues and provide solutions to improve document presentations. Support the secretarial and business support department in various capacities. Profile A successful Word Processor should have: 2+ years of experience in a legal environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other word processing software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
