We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator II to provide advanced system administration and platform support across a multi-org enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage user setup, platform security, data quality, and ongoing administrative enhancements for systems utilizing Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver stable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
System Administration: Provide daily administration, user provisioning, profile and permission management, and security configuration.
Enhancements & Automation: Implement small-to-medium enhancements, including page layout updates, flow configurations, process automation changes, and minor data model adjustments.
Data Governance: Monitor and maintain high data quality through duplicate prevention, data hygiene, and validation rules.
Multi-Cloud Support: Maintain functionality across enterprise orgs leveraging Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve user issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and escalate complex technical concerns when necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from partners and translate them into actionable Salesforce configuration tasks.
Release Management: Assist with sandbox preparation, testing coordination, and deployment support for platform updates.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with security standards, governance processes, documentation, and audit requirements.
Reporting: Create, update, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet operational and leadership needs.

Qualifications & Education
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
Environment: Experience in public sector environments or multi-org Salesforce landscapes is strongly preferred.
Certifications:
o Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
o Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
